Our EventWorx division was born out of recognition that many of our smaller clients need and want guidance in making the most out of their participation in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events. Our larger clients have sometimes needed to produce an event or gathering, but found coordination and management of the many and complex logistics overwhelming. We saw the need for more service than simply providing quality giveaways, and so EventWorx was formed.

From preparing event participation plans and show displays to producing full-blown events, EventWorx coordinates closely with our LegWorx division and event specialists to create and execute promotional events of all sizes. EventWorx services include:

• Trade show booth design and fabrication
• Exhibit signage and graphics, new and updates
• Show participation logistics management (Registration, display shipping, set-up, breakdown, lead fulfillment)
• Event development (Concept, structure design, presenters, exhibitor & attendee promotion)
• Event production (Venue, lodging & hospitality coordination, scheduling, floor set-up & logistics)
